About Me

I am a partner based in Warsaw. My main focus is on IP, digital transformation and e-commerce. I combine expertise in contentious IP, technology and retail & consumer regulations.

I have been advising clients since 2006. I have represented clients before various courts as well as regulators.

On a daily basis, I work on digitalization projects and multijurisdictional regulatory scans as well as negotiate technology contracts. I support clients with complex e-commerce projects, ensuring the legal compliance of their business models, litigation and proceedings before regulators as well as with due diligence projects and the development of IP management strategies.

I advise on online legal infringements, including high-profile cases of internet platform liability. I also regularly represent companies in criminal and civil proceedings involving the infringement of IP rights.

I advise key players as well as start-ups.

I also regularly speak at conferences on issues surrounding IP, new technologies and e-commerce.

I am closely following the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and regularly share my knowledge with peers and tech GCs on issues related to the AI Act, ownership of training data and liability for products with AI elements.
