Understanding the EU e-Evidence Package - Compliance and Challenges

The e-Evidence Package introduces a harmonised framework enabling authorities to issue direct cross-border orders to service providers for the production or preservation of electronic evidence, subject to strict deadlines and facilitated through a dedicated IT system, impacting both EU and non-EU service providers.
