ICLG – Technology Sourcing Laws and Regulations 2024 guide

Bird & Bird’s Tech & Comms experts have contributed to the 4th edition of ICLG’s Technology Sourcing Laws and Regulations guide. Updated for 2024, the revised guide ‘covers common issues in technology sourcing, including issues relating to procurement processes, dispute resolution procedures, intellectual property rights, data protection and employment law in 17 jurisdictions’. Previous chapters covering Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK, have been updated while new contributions from Germany and France also feature this year.

Contributing Editor Mark Leach authored the UK chapter alongside Amelia Morris. For Australia, Hamish Fraser, Kate Morton and Madeleine Clift provided the update. France was authored by, Stéphane Leriche, Marion Barbezieux, Chris Ivey and Cathie-Rosalie Joly. Henriette Picot, Michaela von Voß, Rolf Schmich and Vincent Kirsch provided the chapter for Germany. Hong Kong was provided by Wilfred Ng and Olivia Cheng, and Singapore was written by Jeremy Tan and Chester Lim

In addition, Mark Leach and Will Bryson also wrote an article on Sourcing Artificial Intelligence Solutions
