I enjoy handling complex technology transactions and disputes for international and domestic clients, with a focus on innovative software and data-driven business models.
As a partner in our Munich office and a member of our international Technology and Communications Group, I support suppliers and users of software, hardware and innovative services in the planning and negotiating of technology-based or data-driven national and international projects and transactions.I have longstanding experience advising clients on legal challenges around developing, licensing and distributing software, cloud computing and software as a service, data analytics, open source software, outsourcing and managed services transactions, ecommerce and m-commerce, IT in M&A transactions, data privacy and data security. I am particularly interested in new business models leveraging IoT, industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence.
I represent clients in IT-related disputes, both before ordinary courts and in arbitration proceedings.
