International law firm Bird & Bird advised Slättö, a Swedish real estate fund specialising on commercial real estates, on the acquisition of a 20,000 sqm logistics and warehouse property with retail and showroom premises, at the Tammisto district in Vantaa. This acquisition marks Slättö's first venture outside of Sweden.
Our team provided comprehensive legal support to Slättö, including legal due diligence, contract negotiations, transactional documentation, and ongoing legal assistance for the subsequent development project of the property.
