International law firm Bird & Bird has advised US based CommerceIQ on its acquisition of UK digital shelf analytics company e.fundamentals.
CommerceIQ operates a leading and proprietary Retail Ecommerce Management Platform that uses machine learning and automation to help brands to drive e-commerce sales and profitability. The acquisition of e.fundamentals will enable CommerceIQ to scale its digital shelf analytics offering and enable brands to analyse complex data from hundreds of retailers into relevant, actionable insights to drive sales and increase their online market share.
The team was led by Struan Penwarden (partner, Corporate), Adam Meisels (senior associate, Corporate), Francesca Mansell (associate, Corporate) and Dean Rae (associate, Corporate).
Bird & Bird worked alongside US law firm Fenwick to provide Commerce IQ with seamless legal advice covering multiple jurisdictions including the UK and US.
