International law firm Bird & Bird advises Material Bank, a US technology and logistics company in connection with its investment in German raumPROBE OHG by way of the acquisition of all partnership interests via its French subsidiary DesignFuture SAS.

raumPROBE OHG is active in Europe and mainly operates a showroom and a database with material samples as well as the transfer of knowledge about materials to designers, consumers and manufacturers. With the acquisition, Material Bank Design Future SAS enter the European market.
