With a focus on the most salient recent developments in this fast-evolving sector, it analyses the distinctive features of the law and commercial practice in each jurisdiction and looks at potential future trends’.

‘The Space Law Review’ contains updates from Bird & Bird’s Satellite & Space activities experts, with Thomas Jones, Matthew Bovaird and Dylan McGirr contributing the chapter on Australia, and Willy Mikalef covering France. Additional jurisdictions featured in the book include Brazil, Canada, China, Estonia, Germany, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Thailand, USA and the United Kingdom.

For each jurisdiction, authors commented on regulation in practice, highlighted the distinctive characteristics of the national framework, outlined the current developments and also provided an outlook for the future.
