Bird & Bird advised Energa, an ORLEN Group company, on concluding a preliminary agreement for purchasing from Lewandpol Holding an SPV developing the “Kleczew Solar & Wind” photovoltaic installation and a wind farm with a total capacity of up to 334 MW.
The transaction was led by Rafał Dziedzic (Partner, Corporate & M&A) assisted by Mariya Borsuk (Senior Associate, Corporate and M&A).
