Bird & Bird Advises International Finance Corporation (IFC) on Investment in Mozark

We advised the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on its investment in Mozark Pte Ltd (“Mozark”), a Singapore-based SaaS company offering a proprietary cloud-based platform that provides a non-intrusive and end-to-end approach to testing and monitoring the quality of digital infrastructure.

Mozark’s technology enables comprehensive assessment across backend private infrastructure, telecom networks, and front-end user applications, supporting businesses in optimising digital performance and user experience.

IFC’s investment will support Mozark in scaling its global operations, including strengthening its sales, marketing, and operations teams; accelerating R&D and product development; and pursuing strategic bolt-on acquisitions to enhance capabilities during its growth phase.
