International law firm Bird & Bird acted as a legal advisor for Terveystalo in a real estate arrangement where a new private clinic and hospital building is built for Terveystalo in Kupittaa, Turku. The property will be built by a Finnish construction company Hartela.
In the development project, a new 10-storey building is built for the exclusive use of Terveystalo. The project is Terveystalo’s largest regarding new business premises and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2027.
Bird & Bird’s involvement included all legal advice for Terveystalo and was led by Counsel Tuukka Korhonen assisted by senior associate Joanna Puhto and partner Jaakko Hietala was also involved from the Helsinki office.
