International law firm Bird & Bird advised Nrep, one of the leading real estate investors in the Nordics, on the acquisition of three nursing properties from SSA Rakennus Oy.
Located in Nurmijärvi, Espoo and Vantaa, the properties will be occupied by Solum group and are scheduled for completion between 2025 and 2026. Each property will feature a geothermal heating system and solar panels, achieving a class A energy efficiency rating. Additionally, all properties will be BREEAM-certified. The Vantaa property will be executed as a hybrid project on a 3D real estate and will form part of Kivistö Silhuetti.
The scope of the project included all legal advice and support for Nrep in this project.
