International law firm Bird & Bird appoints white-collar crime expert Paweł Sawicki as a partner in Warsaw. Paweł will be joining along with a team, which includes associate Maria Najfeld.
Paweł is a white-collar crime litigator with 20 years of experience and has spent the last four years managing dispute resolution and white-collar crime teams in some of the leading Polish law firms. He specialises in criminal litigation with a focus on investigations, compliance and white-collar crime. Paweł handles projects aimed at detecting and preventing misconduct, abuse of power, misappropriation of assets and corruption. He also advises on compliance and cyber security issues, as well as whistleblowing.
Paweł’s appointment is part of Bird & Bird’s strategy to continue to grow its Dispute Resolution practice in Poland, expanding the firm’s capabilities in white-collar crime.
