International law firm Bird & Bird has successfully advised Meliva Sverige, part of Mehiläinen Group, in its strategic acquisition of Cevitagruppen and DBI Vård & Hälsa AB.
The acquisition of Cevitagruppen and DBI is subject to approval from the relevant authorities and regions and is expected to be completed in the Autumn of 2024.
