International law firm Bird & Bird has advised Castellum on leasing approximately 3,300 square meters of office space in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, to Outokumpu, a global leader in sustainable stainless steel. Castellum is one of the largest real estate investment companies in the Nordic countries.

The new office space supports Outokumpu's new strategy by modernising the employee experience and providing flexibility and adaptability in the era of changing work dynamics. The office will be tailored to meet the company's needs, featuring an open and unified layout on a single floor. The move to the new premises is scheduled for June 2026.

Bird & Bird’s advising team included partner Mikko Rajala and associates Salla-Mari Jokela and Mikael Vuorinen.

Outokumpu’s new office space will support business needs and benefit employee experience, enhancing overall growth and development.
