I am the co-head of our office in Helsinki and the Head of Corporate our Finnish Corporate and M&A group. I use my expertise to advise clients on M&A transactions at the Nordic level and internationally. Additionally, I advise clients on securities markets regulation and franchising related questions.
International law firm Bird & Bird is pleased to announce the appointment of partner Iina-Mari Supperi as Co-Head in Finland alongside current Managing Partner and Head of Country, Mikko Ahonen. This strategic leadership appointment aligns with the firm's ambitious growth objectives and reinforces its commitment to excellent client service.
Iina-Mari Supperi has headed the Finnish Corporate and M&A group since 2023 and has been with the firm since the beginning of her professional career, originally joining as a trainee over 15 years ago. Since then, Iina-Mari has gained significant experience in advising clients on M&A transactions at both the Nordic and international levels.
