International law firm Bird & Bird advised Nrep, one of the leading real estate investors in the Nordics, on the acquisition of a nursing property in Helsinki from Rakennusliike Lapti Oy.
The property will be occupied by Attendo, which is estimated to be completed in summer 2026. It will feature a geothermal heating system and solar panels, achieving a class A energy efficiency rating. Additionally, the property will be BREEAM-certified.
The scope of the project included all legal advice and support for Nrep in this project.
