Bird & Bird advised Vitec Software, a leading provider of Vertical Software, headquartered in Sweden, in connection with the acquisition of 80% of shares in NMG S.A., a Polish leading developer of mission-critical software for the energy and industrial sector.
We have assisted Vitec Software at each stage of the transaction, from the due diligence review, through drafting and negotiating of the transaction documents, including the share purchase agreement and the shareholder agreement.
