International law firm Bird & Bird has advised the University of Hong Kong (HKU) on the acquisition of a newly constructed building located in the 22@ technology district of Barcelona, specifically at Calle Llacuna, 28.

The building was developed by Grupo Bega and designed by architect Víctor Bergnes de las Casas. It comprises over 8,450 square metres of built area, including 4,830 square metres of gross leasable area (GLA), as well as 1,900 square metres dedicated to outdoor spaces, parking, and communal areas.
