I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Corporate Group, based in Dublin, where I advise Irish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate matters.

Having worked in international law firms in both Ireland and Dubai, I bring a practical, cross-border perspective to transactions. I regularly collaborate with colleagues across Bird & Bird's global network to deliver clear, commercial, and practical advice that reflects the realities of doing business across multiple jurisdictions.

My practice spans a range of sectors, with particular focus on insurance, technology, healthcare and life sciences, and sports. I enjoy working with clients in these dynamic industries, helping them navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic objectives.
