About Me
As a senior associate with our Frankfurt team, and a member of our Real Estate and Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Groups, I advise our international and domestic clients in matters relating to German real estate, covering the entire property life cycle, and insolvency law matters, in particular advising clients facing the insolvency of business partners.
My advisory focus is on matters relating to German real estate, e.g. sale & purchase agreements, commercial lease agreements and construction and architects' contracts.In addition, I advise on matters in insolvency law, supporting our clients facing the insolvency of business partners, where I help navigate insolvency proceedings, enforcement rights, and conclude transactions with insolvency administrators.
During my legal traineeship in Saarbrücken, I worked at the legal department of an international auditing company, a law firm for construction law, the Saarbrücken public prosecutor's office and Administrative Court of the Saarland.
