I am a Senior Associate in our Helsinki office and member of our Finnish Intellectual Property Group. I specialise in intellectual property and technology-related assignments.
I have several years of experience in handling a broad range of non-contentious and contentious IP matters. I provide contractual and regulatory advice to both domestic and international clients. I support clients in the full lifecycle of IP matters from R&D agreements, employment inventions and protection of IP to enforcement, licensing and transactions. My experience includes handling international IP disputes related to various forms of IP, such as patents, trademarks and trade secrets. I have handled matters such as preliminary injunctions, infringements, and damage claims.Through my role as an in-house Legal Counsel IP & Tech during a secondment for several years, I can appreciate the importance of providing the best possible legal advice while taking business interest into consideration.
