I am Counsel in Bird & Bird's Commercial group in Stockholm, specialising in privacy and data protection law. I advise clients on complex regulatory challenges with practical, commercially focused solutions that drive business objectives forward whilst ensuring robust compliance.

Based in Stockholm, I advise Swedish and international clients across multiple sectors on the full spectrum of data protection matters. My practice encompasses GDPR compliance programmes, international data transfers, data protection impact assessments, and privacy-by-design frameworks. I guide clients through emerging regulatory landscapes including the EU Data Act and AI Act, positioning them ahead of evolving compliance requirements.
I provide strategic support during data protection incidents and regulatory investigations, advising on multi-jurisdictional breach response and engagement with data protection authorities. I also act as external Data Protection Officer for select clients, integrating compliance governance into their operational frameworks.

My approach is informed by previous in-house experience, enabling me to advise clients through the entire lifecycle of data protection projects—from negotiating and structuring frameworks in complex commercial transactions to implementing global data management strategies that align regulatory requirements with corporate objectives.
Active in Bird & Bird's Technology & Communications and Retail & Consumer sector groups, I bring deep sector knowledge that enables me to anticipate industry-specific challenges and deliver tailored, forward-thinking solutions. Before joining Bird & Bird, I practised at an international law firm in Stockholm and Zürich, developing cross-jurisdictional expertise that underpins my multi-jurisdictional practice today.
