Casper Moltke-Leth

I head our office in Denmark where I am a partner in our Corporate group. I use my expertise as project manager and business adviser to advise knowledge-based enterprises from SMEs to multinationals — whether they are local or global clients. I am also a member of the firm's global board.

I manage the strategic direction and development of the Copenhagen office to ensure we have the right lawyers in place for our clients' needs. One of my other roles is to foster innovation by ensuring that the good ideas that are generated in all parts of our firm are developed for the benefit of our clients internationally.

I specialise in M&A and corporate law, especially in life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, corporate governance and retail. I advise a wide range of clients and have more than 20 years of experience as a business adviser. My work has also taken me in-house with our clients; and I have undertaken several secondments in life sciences.

For more than 15 years, I have been working on several boards of directors and have spent considerable time 'on the other side of the table'. Therefore, I am recognised as a very to-the-point adviser offering business solutions and getting the job done.

I also have extensive experience in real estate development and investment due to the directorships I hold. I have advised on numerous transactions in commercial, residential and retail real estate. Currently, I hold several honorary positions for example in the Neye Foundation, GSA Ejendomme A/S, the Gad Andresen Foundation and A/S Bymidten.
