As an associate in the Tech & Communications team, I advise French and international clients on technology-related projects and disputes.
My practice covers both advisory and disputes related to innovative digital and IT projects.
I assist clients in pre-litigation and litigation on IT, internet, and commercial matters, particularly in connection with failure of IT projects, software infringement issues, and complex contractual disputes.
In addition, I assist service providers and end-user companies, ranging from start-ups to large groups, in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of IT contracts (SaaS, development, outsourcing, integration, etc.), as well as in regulatory compliance related to these projects.
I also assist companies in a wide variety of matters related to their digital and AI projects. This includes analysing digital regulations, such as the AI Act or applicable regulations to platforms. I assist end-user companies and service providers in all stages of their projects, from risk analysis and compliance with applicable regulations to the negotiation of related contracts.
I also have a particular interest in copyright and related rights as it relates to digital technology, and I advise several clients on both advisory and litigation matters. I am particularly passionate about new forms of creation, the protection of digital works, and the legal challenges posed by the intersection of artificial intelligence and the creative industries.
I closely follow regulatory developments in the technology sector, particularly the regulation of artificial intelligence, as well as the contractual issues and compliance obligations that these constantly evolving regulations entail.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird in 2025, I worked as a lawyer for three years at an English law firm.
