I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Intellectual Property Group, based in Madrid.

I specialise in the field of intellectual property and information and communication technology. My work consists of providing our clients with comprehensive, practical and strategic advice on any type of dispute that may arise in relation to their intangible assets.

I give legal advice mainly on the validity and infringement of patents and utility models, infringement of trademarks, domain names and industrial designs, infringement of copyright and related rights, protection and violation of trade secrets and acts of unfair competition, including unlawful advertising. In this regard, although I almost always recommend and attempt pre-negotiation, my work focuses on complex litigation.

I also advise on software and technology contracts and transactions and have a particular interest in digital business and web3, especially artificial intelligence. At Bird & Bird, I have developed projects in a wide range of sectors, from life sciences to automotive. I am also passionate about cinema, the world of entertainment and the cultural and creative industries in general.

Apart from law, I have studied business administration and have experience in marketing and strategic and brand consultancy in the FMCG and retail sector.
