Dávid Füssi

I am a junior associate in Bird & Bird's Bratislava office and member of our Corporate & Commercial and International HR Services groups.

Before joining the firm in 2022, I worked as a student/paralegal in several international law firms, where I gained experience in employment law, corporate law and civil law. Therefore, I am able to assist clients with any issues relating to corporate changes and employment law issues, as well as all types of Corporate/M&A matters, including the drafting of commercial documents and advising on how to proceed in each case.

Currently I am working on various legal tasks across different legal sectors, so I am not exclusively focused on a limited range of legal disciplines. I already have experience in advising international clients in employment law issues, IT law, data protection and in drafting various purchase contracts or lease contracts.

I have experience working with international clients, so I am well-positioned to advise in the context of multi-jurisdictional cases where I need to assess law from different countries.

Outside the international clients I have worked with, I have dealt also with local clients. My motivation is to gain new skills and help people with their legal problems. If I succeed in helping them, my biggest reward is positive feedback from the client.

I speak Slovak, English, Hungarian and a little German.
