Emily Mason

I am a newly-qualified associate in our intellectual property team in London, working with clients on a broad range of intellectual property rights, with a focus on contentious matters.

I have experience working across a number of intellectual property rights, having worked on complex litigations involving trade secrets, patents and FRAND issues. I also have experience in providing non-contentious advice, particularly related to life sciences and healthcare regulation.

My practice covers a number of sectors, however with my background in biochemistry I have a particular interest in Life Sciences & Healthcare. I also have a particular interest in the Media sector, having been seconded to PRS for Music for six months during my training contract.
