I am a Professional Support Lawyer based in our London office, specialising in employee incentives and benefits.

I primarily support the employee incentives and benefits team in providing excellent advice to our clients. I also advise companies on executive remuneration and all-employee incentive structures. This includes the design, implementation and operation of share-based and cash-based plans.

With over 8 years of experience in the share plans world, I have advised private companies, AIM-listed companies, and numerous FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies, as well as share plan administrators and trustees, on the global incentives aspects of their transactions and advisory matters, including global rollouts.

I have a strong background in transactional work and I also advise on tax-advantaged Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) plans, growth shares, Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs), Company Share Option Plans (CSOPs), Share Incentive Plans (SIPs), and Sharesave (SAYE) plans, as well as non-tax advantaged share plans.

• Advising on the implementation of all forms of employee share plans for a wide range of public and private companies.
• Advising on the UK and global roll out of numerous Management Incentive Plans for private equity companies.
• Advising on the share plans aspects of the sale of Bravissimo Limited to Wacoal Europe.
• Advising PI Industries Limited (PI), a Fortune India 500 listed Agri-Sciences company, on its offer to acquire Plant Health Care PLC (PHC), through takeover by way of scheme arrangement.
