Florian Hoffmann

As a partner and a member of our automotive and commercial teams in Hamburg I advise international and domestic clients on a wide range of commercial law matters.

My practice focuses on complex commercial contracts, trade and distribution law and commercial dispute resolution. I also represent clients with regards to product liability and supply chain issues, for example, product recalls, field actions, delivery stops, regulatory topics and general liability matters. In addition, I have a profound knowledge in the field of risk and compliance management including the assessment, design and implementation of compliance measures, policies and procedures.

Prior to joining our firm, I worked for renowned law firms in Frankfurt/Main and Hamburg.

• Advising on complex distribution, development and joint venture agreements in high-priority international business expansion projects.
• Advising a Tier-2 supplier on drafting, reviewing and negotiating framework agreements and other contract documents.
• Advising on regulatory, contract law and liability topics in the context of a large business restructuring.
• Advising a major Tier-1 supplier in a critical dispute with a foreign sales agent including an internal investigation on potential misconduct.
• Advising on the design and implementation of a compliance management system including a comprehensive internal risk analysis covering domestic as well as international activities.
• Advising on commercial disputes including in-court representation before regional courts and the Higher Regional Court.
