Harry Wong

As an associate in our Intellectual Property group in Hong Kong, I assist clients in both contentious and non-contentious IP works.

On the contentious front, my practice covers multi-jurisdictional disputes over the use of cellular technology, local software licensing disputes, infringement of copyrights and design rights as well as brand protection matters. On the transactional front, I assist clients with monetisation of creative works and licensing of media and broadcasting rights. I also provide regulatory advice for marketing, advertisement, and consumer products.

Leveraging on Bird & Bird's full-service and sector-focused IP offering, I work with clients across a broad range of sectors, including Technology & Communications, Media, Entertainment & Sport, Retail & Consumer and Financial Services. I am also a member of the working group in the Hong Kong office supporting local start-up communities.
