I am an associate in our Intellectual Property Group in Singapore. I assist in a wide range of IP matters, with a keen interest in IP disputes.

Given how technology continues to improve (and occasionally complicate) our lives, there is an ever-increasing need for the law to adapt and develop to deal with the issues these changes bring. At the forefront of my practice, we often help clients in the intersection between technology and creative expression and how we can use the existing legal tools at our disposal to assist clients in robustly protecting their intellectual property rights.

I have assisted in various intellectual property law disputes concerning areas such as trademarks, copyright, patents, breach of confidence and geographical indications. It is not uncommon to deal with novel issues of law and our experienced team here at Bird & Bird is more than capable of providing practical and comprehensive advice.

With the firm's interconnected and global nature, a good amount of my work involves multi-jurisdictional matters and requires an assessment of various unique perspectives. Our vast network of lawyers also allows us to provide nuanced and tailored advice to suit each client's needs.
