I am a Legal Director in our International Commercial Group in London where I advise our UK and international clients on a range of commercial contracts, primarily with a technology and/or media focus.
I advise on a wide-range of commercial issues including drafting and negotiating technology agreements from software licensing, cloud/SaaS projects and hosting, support and maintenance agreements to multi-vendor digital transformation projects.
In addition I advise on blockchain and AI, outsourcing agreements (IT/BPO), media agreements including full service media agency and creative agreements and advertising platform/adtech agreements. My work includes IP licensing including sponsorship agreements, publishing agreements, content licensing and complex long-term trade mark licences.
I also advise on brand management and enforcement issues and consumer law, primarily in an e-commerce context.
I work with large-scale project teams as well as individually with clients, acting for both customers and suppliers. I have been seconded to various clients including a large international brand, a leading digital sports content provider and a global adtech company.
As a result of working alongside my clients in-house, I am able to present my legal advice in a concise, user-friendly and efficient manner. I aim to build long-lasting relationships with my clients and become their trusted adviser.
