About Me
I am a partner and head in Bird & Bird's Commercial and Privacy & Data Protection department in the Madrid office.
I work closely with the Tech & Comms and Media, Entertainment & Sports sector groups. My interest in having technical and business knowledge about how the most disruptive technologies work helps me to understand the most innovative business models, being able to anticipate the legal challenges they face and proposing legal solutions that help to solve the legal barriers that clients may encounter in the development of their activity.Due to my experience acquired over the years, I have a very broad vision of the needs of clients in their digital transformation process. I appreciate being close to the clients' business strategy in order to be able to provide advice oriented to their commercial goals, always ensuring regulatory compliance.
I have extensive experience advising high-potential tech companies on digital law, data protection compliance, information security, e-Commerce law, entertainment law, IT outsourcing, gambling compliance, trade secrets and other issues related to the TMT industry.
