I am an associate in the Intellectual Property team, specialising in drafting and negotiating IT contracts.

I have been advising clients since 2017, in particular on matters related to intellectual property, new technologies, and the implementation of e-commerce solutions.

I specialise in contract law in the IT sector and in consumer law. I also advise entrepreneurs on the development of their businesses by assisting them in the process of negotiating and concluding franchise agreements.

I have been involved in many projects that involved the creation and implementation of bespoke IT solutions for businesses. I prepare legal opinions, draft and negotiate copyright agreements, develop policies for the use of open-source software within organisations, and provide training in the field of intellectual property.

I have carried out e-commerce projects, ventures involving the implementation of online platforms and shops, and business projects for the online offering of products. I assist clients with preparing and adapting the rules and regulations of their services to the ever-changing legal environment, making sure their business processes comply with the applicable regulations, and running loyalty programmes and promotional campaigns in line with the regulatory guidelines. I also support clients in resolving consumer disputes.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I provided comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs and gained professional experience as an in-house lawyer in a group of IT companies with offices in Poland, the USA, the Philippines and Singapore offering technological solutions to clients from all over the world, including some listed in the Fortune500 ranking.
