I am a senior associate in our Commercial Group in Stockholm and Tech & Communications team, specialising in IT-related and contractual law primarily within the firm's Tech Transactions practice.

I have significant experience in drafting and negotiating key IT and technology agreements, as well as related commercial contracts, including software licence, SaaS, cloud services, purchase, consultancy, outsourcing, and service level agreements.
I regularly advise clients on the strategic aspects of complex IT and technology transactions, as well as navigating broader issues relating to information security and data protection. My focus is on helping companies structure and manage sophisticated agreements whilst ensuring business sustainability and long-term operational resilience.
Understanding how clients' businesses operate is important to me. I take time to learn about their operations and business models so I can provide practical guidance grounded in their commercial reality. Whether clients are implementing AI solutions, managing payment services, or transforming their IT infrastructure, I ensure that regulatory requirements—from GDPR to industry-specific regulations—are integrated into agreements in a way that supports both business objectives and compliance.

My experience spans diverse sectors and technologies, including AI implementations for medtech and edge AI companies, fintech solutions, IT outsourcing and infrastructure projects, network services and telecommunications, and IT security solutions. Work has encompassed framework agreements and licensing arrangements through to large-scale procurement and outsourcing matters across multiple jurisdictions, including navigating the complexities of the EU AI Act and multi-jurisdictional outsourcing arrangements.
