I am a Senior Counsel in the Commercial team and a head of the regulations & contracts team in Warsaw. I specialise in commercial and regulatory law.

Since 2007, I have advised companies with Treasury shareholdings and private companies in the banking, finance, insurance, postal, pharmaceutical, chemical, technological and automotive sectors.

I specialise in commercial law with a focus on the development and negotiation of contracts and other trade agreements, as well as support on the development and implementation of new products and business lines. I provide advice on negotiation strategies and the termination of contracts. I support entrepreneurs on the development and implementation of internal regulations required by law, group standards and business needs. I advise clients, including financial institutions, on compliance and corporate governance, as well as on regulatory requirements.

I have in-depth, practical legal knowledge of transactions in the financial market, in particular with regards to loan financing, issue of debt securities (and their introduction to trading and quotations on the organised market), and derivative instruments.

I have participated in many complex transactions for public and private companies, including debt restructuring, company divisions, mergers and acquisitions and liquidations. I support clients in preparation for the restructuring process as well as in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

I have extensive experience in conducting legal audits for companies and their assets, with particular emphasis on corporate legal research, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, legal risk management and compliance and information management.

I have conducted numerous training courses, including those relating to financial institutions' operations, remuneration policies (including implementation of the CRD, the UCITS V, the AIFMD), as well as compliance and corporate governance.
