I am a restructuring and insolvency lawyer who helps clients navigate challenging times with confidence, allowing me to keep my love for good food well-fed.

My practice is a balanced mix of both contentious and non-contentious work. I've acted for debtors, ad hoc creditor committees, and insolvency professionals in a range of insolvency proceedings and corporate restructurings.

Over the past few years, I have also worked on several complex cross-border restructurings, which were further enriched by a nine-month secondment with the restructuring team in the New York office of a leading international firm.

In addition to my R&I practice, I regularly advise corporate clients and funds on mergers and acquisition deals, and have also advised SMEs and start-ups on various aspects of their business.

• Representing and advising the Singapore debtor entities in the Chapter 11 Proceedings of the FTX Group.
• Advised on the restructuring of the WeWork group with respect to the laws of Singapore.
• Advised an ad hoc group of senior creditors of the China Fishery group on the global restructuring of the group's aggregate borrowings in excess of US$1.6 billion.
• Advising and acting for the liquidators of oCap Management Pte Ltd, in connection with the highly publicised Wirecard scandal.
• Advising and acting for the liquidators of Suntech Power Investment Pte Ltd including on potential claims of more than US$100 million.
• Advised the liquidators of The Wellness Group (in Liquidation) including, inter alia, on the sale of its shares in a successful and leading brand name with a luxury concept.
• Advised a technology and end-to-end logistics startup on the structuring and execution of multiple financing deals including Series A and B fundraises.
• Advised a trading company on the restructuring of the borrower's indebtedness pursuant to syndicated loan facilities of almost US$300 million.
