I am a partner in the Commercial team in Warsaw. My main areas of expertise are commercial contracts and consumer law. I help businesses structure, negotiate, and implement contracts that underpin their supply chains and distribution networks.
I advise on consumer law and unfair competition issues, including advertising, product labelling, product safety, greenwashing and price presentation.
I regularly support clients in drafting general terms for the sales of goods or services and regulations for loyalty programmes, promotions or promotional contests. I support clients in creating communication strategies and launching promotional campaigns by drafting and negotiating contracts with media agencies, advertising agencies or influencer agencies.
I also represent clients in regulatory matters, particularly in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, where I focus on matters related to consumer law and proceedings related to delays in payments. My experience also covers representing clients in unfair competition disputes, including a number of high-profile cases related to misleading advertising and comparative advertising.
On a day-to-day basis, I support clients in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. This includes agreements on the supply of finished products or raw materials, agreements on the supply and installation of equipment or production lines, logistic agreements and license agreements.
I have experience working with leading companies from a wide range of sectors, including FMCG, e-commerce, retail, luxury goods, food, automotive, chemicals and electronics.
I am business-oriented and strongly focused on effective support for clients in the decision-making process. The basis for my work with clients is building of longstanding relations based on mutual trust. In my day-to-day work, I enjoy and appreciate close cooperation with colleagues from various areas of practice.
