Madelaine Morgan

I am an associate in the Dispute Resolution Group in Sydney, specialising predominantly in commercial disputes.

My practice primarily involves working with clients to resolve commercial and regulatory issues across the technology and communications sector. I also have a keen interest in legal issues concerning the media and entertainment industry.

I have experience working on a range of different legal matters from project management and financing, advising on corporate governance and cross-jurisdictional regulatory issues, to internal and regulatory investigations.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I spent 12 months volunteering in the legal aid space where I worked under counsel on high profile criminal proceedings in the NSW Supreme Court.
