Dual qualified in New York and Paris, I work as an associate in the Dispute Resolution Group.
Admitted to practise in New York and Paris, I am a disputes specialist and work as an associate in the Dispute Resolution group at Bird & Bird in Paris.
Since 2017, I have advised French and international clients across diverse sectors on the management of their disputes, both in pre-action and contentious phases, including the enforcement of judgments and cross-border recognition proceedings. My experience encompasses a broad spectrum of complex civil and commercial litigation: contractual and tortious liability, anti-competitive practices, distribution disputes, abusive termination of established commercial relationships, intermediary liability, and art spoliation claims.
Drawing upon a thorough command of procedural and technical issues, I devise bespoke strategies tailored to each client's specific requirements and commercial objectives. I regularly appear before French courts at all levels and have particular experience in urgent applications and interim relief proceedings. This approach is enhanced by Bird & Bird's collaborative model, which enables associates to work closely with specialist teams in competition law, data protection, commercial law, intellectual property, insolvency, and company law, ensuring integrated and cross-disciplinary case management.
My dual qualification enables me to advise on matters with international dimensions and to coordinate multi-jurisdictional disputes effectively.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I practised at leading French and international law firms in Paris, where I developed substantial expertise in commercial litigation and honed my skills in complex, high-value disputes.
