Michal Olszewski

I am a counsel in the Employment team in Warsaw, specialising in labour law.

I have been advising clients since 2011 and specialise in labour law, including hiring and terminating employment of senior executives, employment of temporary workers and foreigners, transfer of employment undertaking (or its part), control of the Chief Labour Inspectorate and the application of working time provisions.

I am experienced in conducting litigation in the scope of labour law, representing employers as well as employees.

Before I joined Bird & Bird, I gained experience working in Polish law firms, and recently as an in-house lawyer in an international company.
