As a lawyer in our Düsseldorf office and a member of our Corporate and M&A Group, I advise national and international clients in all corporate and transaction-related areas.
The focus of my practice lies in advising on national and cross-border corporate transactions and structural measures. I am a member of our firm-wide national and international ESG groups advising clients on all transaction-related and corporate ESG aspects. I am passionate about supporting companies that strive to achieve the sustainability transformation of our economies through technology-driven solutions.
Following my law studies in Berlin, I obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Both my undergraduate and my postgraduate law studies were funded by the German National Academic Foundation.
Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked as a trainee lawyer and research assistant for various major international law firms and a technology-focused law firm in Cologne, Düsseldorf and Washington, DC, primarily in the areas of corporate law/M&A and IP/patents. Additionally, I worked for several years as a research assistant at the Chairs of Civil and Corporate Law of Professor Reinhard Singer at Humboldt University Berlin and Professor Barbara Dauner-Lieb at the University of Cologne.
