About Me

As a lawyer in the Lyon office's Intellectual Property group, I provide both advisory and litigation services.

I advise French and international companies in a wide range of sectors, from everyday products and services to cutting-edge industrial technologies, in their search for legal solutions tailored to their specific needs.

My expertise lies in the negotiation and drafting of contracts for the protection, exploitation or transfer of all types of intellectual property rights and know-how (commercial contracts, R&D, partnerships, etc.).

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2021, I acquired 10 years of experience in two multidisciplinary business law firms, punctuated by legal secondments to client companies on a number of occasions, giving me a global and pragmatic view of the issues at stake.

I also defend our clients' interests in litigation relating to the infringement, validity and ownership of intellectual property rights before the civil courts. I have also gained solid experience before the commercial courts in proceedings relating to unfair and parasitic competition, as well as contractual performance issues.

As a speaker at the DJCE course at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, I share with students my experience and knowledge of contracts and intellectual property.
