Noo Kristin-Ross

I am a newly qualified associate in our Intellectual Property Group in London, working with clients on a broad range of intellectual property rights.

I have experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters for a range of intellectual property rights including patents, trade marks, designs and copyright.

Before qualification I managed a team of paralegals, supporting high profile UK and cross-border IP disputes in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court across the life sciences and healthcare, retail and technology sectors.

I also have experience in transactional intellectual property matters, both from a private practice and in-house perspective, including a secondment to an in-house trade mark team.

I qualified as a solicitor in April 2025.
