As a legal counsel within the Employment Law team of Bird & Bird's Lyon office, I support and advise our clients on a daily basis on their employment and social security law matters.

I offer strategic and pragmatic support to French and international clients across the full spectrum of employment and labour law. I assist organisations in managing complex collective matters, including business transfers and collective redundancy processes, by providing clear guidance, anticipating risks and ensuring compliance at every stage.

I also advise on all aspects of individual employment relationships, from drafting tailored employment contracts to managing sensitive disciplinary issues and conducting termination procedures. In addition, I accompany clients throughout the pre-litigation phase, helping them navigate potential disputes with a focus on prevention, negotiation and securing the most constructive outcome.
