Rachel Howell

I am an associate within the International Dispute Resolution team in London.

My experience includes advising shareholders, HNWIs, companies and financial institutions in a number of complex and high value multi-jurisdictional disputes.

I have a varied practice and have represented clients in commercial litigation, international arbitration (LCIA, ICC and ad-hoc), mediation and expert determination.

I have worked with clients operating in a variety of sectors including, financial services, technology, sport, media, hospitality and retail. I have experience advising in matters involving fraud, misrepresentation, crisis management and unlawful means conspiracy. I enjoy working with clients at an early stage of a dispute in order to help shape strategy before proceedings are commenced.

I qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in September 2020. As a qualified solicitor at my previous firm I completed a six month secondment as legal counsel to a global media and advertising agency.
