About Me

I am a senior associate in our Employment practice in London, specialising in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. I am part of the International HR Services team.

I have acted for high profile employers in Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) proceedings, including those involving complex and high-value discrimination and whistleblowing claims.

I am experienced in advising multi-national clients in relation to high-value corporate M&A deals and have particular expertise on the application of the UK Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE).

I regularly advise clients in relation to a wide range of day-to-day employment matters, including in relation to contracts of employment, grievance and disciplinary processes, employment status, employee consultation, post-termination restrictive covenants and dismissals. I also frequently advise on and coordinate cross border HR projects.

My experience spans a wide range of industries including aerospace, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, automotive, gaming, retail and travel.

I enjoy the opportunity my role provides to work collaboratively with clients' HR teams and other personnel and to give commercially-led advice covering the full range of employment and employee relations issues.
