My experience includes hotel management agreements, leases, franchises, branded residences (including with mandatory and optional rental pool), F&B-related agreements, white label management agreements and disputes-related matters.

My clients include hotel owners, major property developers and investors, HNWIs, state-linked investment entities as well as global and regional hotel operators.

In addition, I regularly advise MNCs, regional companies and start-ups on a broad spectrum of corporate and regulatory matters. These include commercial contracts, restructurings, employment concerns (such as recruitment, secondments and redundancies) and other cross-border matters.
