Working as a partner in our international Corporate Group in Munich, I am a highly experienced corporate lawyer specialising in international M&A transactions.
The focus of my practice is on advising clients on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions as well as in the entire field of general corporate and commercial law.I mainly advise clients from the technology and communications space, in particular in the aviation and aerospace, life sciences, and energy and utilities sectors. I am an expert in the field of restructuring with a particular focus on insolvency scenarios and proceedings.
During my legal traineeship, I worked for the legal department of an international industrial group and the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce in Chennai, India.
I am a co-author of the handbook Steueroptimierter Unternehmenskauf (Tax Optimised Company Purchase) published by Gabler Verlag.

- Advising PE investor Vitruvian regarding the acquisition of the doctari group, a group active in the placement of locum tenens doctors and nurses.
- Advising IT service provider Luxoft regarding the acquisition of Objective Software GmbH, a developer of software and IP-based solutions for autonomous driving.
- Advising the shareholders of BBS Automation GmbH, a leading provider of automation solutions in connection with the investment of private equity investor EQT in the company.
- Advising investment fund Cerberus Capital Management LP on the acquisition of the loan portfolio of HSH Nordbank and an associated debtor structure from Kaiserwetter.
